We are delighted to announce that London based bassist and producer Robin Mullarkey is now part of the Vincent family.
Rob is best known as the bassist of a generation of progressive and diverse English artists including Jacob Collier, Jordan Rakei, Zero 7, Eska, Roisin Murphy, Natalie Williams, Richard Spaven, Laura Mvula, John Newman and, more recently, Leon Vynehall, Anton Eger , Steve Wilson and Quincy Jones.
After initial talks at the beginning of this year, we built Rob an Akkurat 5 according to his wishes and sent it over the channel. Rob was so enthusiastic about the bass that he took it to the stage and played the first real “show” since the Corona break. The Soul Family is the soul / R&B collective of Rob’s wife Natalie Williams, an excellent field of activity for his new Akkurat 5, as we think. But see for yourself:
